		<description>One problem I&#039;ve noticed is that for the most part, only software developers understand the term Software User.  When a non-software techie describes a problem, it is almost never a problem with the software - it is the device that is not working.  They do not see the distinction between what is making the screen behave as it is and the device providing the screen display.  For smartphone users, they are probably more aware that the app they bought is something not really related to their home screen, but not so for many computer users.  Coming up with a language to bridge the techno-jargon gulf when talking to software users who are not techies then is key to understanding their problems and creating solutions.</description>
